Sales Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Account Executive to join our sales team, who will be responsible for selling Salesforce Customer 360 platform into commercial accounts across Queensland.
Key Responsibilities:
* Advise customers on Salesforce solutions, leveraging expertise to drive measurable outcomes and solve business challenges;
* Collaborate with internal teams, including pre-sales, marketing, and specialists, to ensure seamless end-to-end sales process;
* Develop go-to-market strategies, build pipelines of qualified accounts, and balance short-term wins with long-term revenue perspective;
* Establish trusted relationships with existing accounts to identify new opportunities and expand Salesforce adoption;
* Drive growth and reinforce Salesforce's leadership as the #1 CRM provider by landing new logos and closing urgent opportunities.
Requirements:
* Deep experience managing complex sales cycles, including navigating multiple decision-makers, solution selling, and driving deals from initial engagement to close;
* History of overachievement, with a focus on meeting but surpassing quota expectations;
* Exceptional relationship-building skills, establishing trust and credibility with executives and key stakeholders;
* Strategic thinking and business acumen, able to identify opportunities, develop territory plans, and prioritise high-impact activities;
