Partner Manager Job Description
The role of a Partner Manager is to drive our transformational vision of 'Partner Success' by working closely with Field Sales, Solution Sales specialists, Pre-sales, and the Customer Outcome teams. The primary objective will be to produce new business in logo accounts and ensure our partners deliver successful projects within your territory or region.
As a key member of our team, you will have the autonomy to develop a joint go-to-market Territory plan featuring ServiceNow enabled service and workflow offerings. This plan will focus on 'Sourced and Partner Impacted' NNACV, showcase wins and capacity metrics, and align with regional Marketing plans and engagement with other ServiceNow sales solutions teams.
Your Responsibilities
* Collaborate with ServiceNow partners to generate new business opportunities.
* E nsure our partners deliver successful projects to customers.
* Support joint sales pursuit activities to guide field interlock resulting in 'Sourced' NNACV.
* A ccelerate digital transformation for our partners.
