About the Job
* We seek a senior leader to shape and lead major pursuits in APAC, strengthening client relationships and enhancing AECOM's position within the region.
Responsibilities
* Develop and execute capture strategies across key opportunities, including win strategy development and proposal leadership.
* BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS with clients and partners, deepening our presence in the market.
* Lead technical excellence, commercial insight, innovation, ESG integration, and digital approaches.
* Mentor and develop teams, fostering collaboration, inclusion, and high performance.
