Your Role PHSA are seeking Rehabilitation Consultants to deliver Original Employer Services (OES) for both physical and psychological injuries including assessment, intervention and case management services to clientele across varying schemes including TAC (Transport Accident Commission), WorkSafe VIC, Comcare, Life Insurance and Self Insurance with the primary function of supporting recovery and return to work. What You’ll Need • Registration with AHPRA (Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency) or membership with ESSA (Exercise and Sports Science Australia) • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills • Minimum 1 year experience in occupational rehabilitation and/or clinical experience highly regarded • Direct experience working with TAC referred cases desirable • Have a current driver’s licence, motor vehicle and willingness to travel to deliver face-to-face servicing as required Why Choose PHSA? • Flexibility & Autonomy: Shape your own work schedule and enjoy the freedom to work independently, with support always within reach.
