Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced MRI Radiographer to join our growing and amazing team in our Bayside regions' clinics – Glen Waverley, Moorabbin, Monash and Mentone, with possible additional coverage in Waverley Private and Linacre. This is a permanent full‐time role, Monday to Friday 8am‐6pm, reporting directly to the Chief Technologist. Opportunities to participate on the weekend.
Responsibilities
* Managing patients and operating specialised MRI medical imaging equipment
* Consistently delivering high levels of patient care and service
* Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with patients, referrers, staff and managers
* Promoting and maintaining the highest quality and safety standards
To be successful in this role, you will have prior exposure working in a clinic or hospital environment as an MRI Radiographer. Your communication skills will be strong and high‐quality patient‐centered care will sit at the heart of all that you do. You will be able to prioritise your workload, work independently and be able to respond to various situations within a busy clinic effectively and efficiently.
Please note, you will hold appropriate qualifications in Medical Imaging Technology/Diagnostic Medical Radiography and a current AHPRA Registration. Level 1 ASMIRT accreditation is recommended.
