Funlab is a B Corp‐certified entertainment company with venues across Australia, New Zealand and North America. We are looking for a Kitchen Manager to join the team at Archie Brothers, Strike Bowling, Holey Moley and Hijinx Hotel in Karrinyup.

What You'll Do
* Preparation and delivery of our standard bar menu items and function finger food
* Adhering to our high level of food presentation
* Ordering and stock‐taking
* Maintaining a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness
* Championing kitchen health and safety
* Training and supporting the casual kitchen team members
What You've Got
* 2‐3 years working in a busy kitchen
* A desire to take your kitchen career to the next level
* Excellent communication skills – key for any successful candidate in our national business
* A knowledge of food and commitment to producing food of the highest quality and presentation
* Good time‐management and organisational skills, with the proven ability to plan, prepare and think ahead
* A commitment to prioritise hygiene, food handling and health & safety procedures
* Self‐motivation and the ability to work in a team
* A passion for excellent service with a positive can‐do attitude
* Great availability, including weekends and nights
* Reliability and punctuality
