The Position, but not limited to
* Assist with managing a very well-maintained, mixed-use portfolio of residential & commercial complexes
* Liaising with committee members and chairpersons
* Assisting with arranging quotations, repairs, and maintenance for works required
* Assisting the development consultants with pre-build inspections
* Conducting general and committee meetings as required
* Issuing meeting notices and preparing minute
The Criteria
* 12 + Months experience across Body Corporate or Real Estate / Property Industries
* Valid driver's license
* Outgoing and friendly personality
* Must have excellent interpersonal skills
* Ability to build new and maintain existing relationships
* An excellent understanding of the BCCM Act
* Have excellent time management skills
