Job Opportunity: ITC House Manager
Pathfinders is a community-based organisation that supports Children and Young People through trauma-informed, culturally safe and empowering practices. Our Out of Home Care services provide safe, nurturing and home-like environments for young people who cannot live with their families or carers.
The ITC House Manager is responsible for creating a stable, structured home environment that fosters healing, development, connection and independence for our clients.
* Leading a team of therapeutic youth workers to deliver high-quality care and support
* Ensuring high standards of care and practice in accordance with organisational policies and procedures
* Building strong relationships with Aboriginal families, agencies and communities to promote cultural connections
Requirements:
* Relevant tertiary/vocational qualifications (e.g. Bachelor or Diploma in Community Services, Child/Youth Services, Social Work or related fields)
* Minimum 3 years' experience in community services/children's services/family work
* Proven leadership or supervisory experience
