About the Role
Working within our Melbourne National Sales Team, you will play a key support role providing exceptional service to Melbourne-based clients and advertising agencies. This hands‐on role is responsible for delivering detailed and accurate sales support across the end-to-end campaign process, from briefing and booking through to reporting and post‐campaign analysis. You'll work closely with Account Managers to execute campaigns seamlessly, maximise revenue opportunities, and support a business where the regions keep growing.
What You'll Bring
* Meticulous Attention to Detail: Exceptional precision when working across internal systems, maintaining client records, and updating databases.
* Strong Organisation & Time Management: The ability to confidently prioritise tasks, manage multiple campaign workflows, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Tech-Savvy Skillset: High-level computer literacy with advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite (Gmail, Sheets, etc.). Digital knowledge of Google Ad Manager or programmatic capabilities is highly desirable.
* Proactive Problem Solving: A customer‐service oriented, \"can‐do\" attitude with a willingness to learn, exercise initiative, and resolve issues efficiently.
* Great Communication: Confident written and verbal communication skills to effectively liaise with internal departments, external agencies, and clients.
