**Job Title:** Disability Services Coordinator
About the Role
This is a leadership position within our Disability and Accommodation Department, where you will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the day-to-day operations of our Residential Services and Supported Independent Living (SIL) Services. You will ensure that services are delivered in alignment with best practices, a trauma-informed model of care, and relevant industry standards.
Key Responsibilities

* Lead a collaborative multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality services
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
* A strong background in disability, residential or social services
* A deep understanding of trauma-informed, person-centred and child-safe practices
* Experience in coordinating high-quality services, navigating legislation, and ensuring compliance with relevant standards
