Role Description
There will be a trial period
This is part time leading to full time Associate role based in Sunshine Coast, QLD, with a hybrid work model that allows for remote flexibility. The Associate will engage in tasks such as contributing to business development, research and analytics, project coordination, and fostering relationships with key stakeholders. This position requires proactive collaboration with internal teams and external partners to achieve company objectives efficiently.

Some
* skills in research, data analysis, and trend monitoring would be helpful
* Proficiency in project coordination and workflow management using apple systems
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Some understanding of financial analysis or private equity industry trends is an advantage but not essential
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team with a can do attitude
* Experience in Administration Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
* Familiarity with digital tools and platforms used in project management or data visualization is preferred with setting up and calendering Zoom meetings
* prepared to travel across the globe scheduling meetings as part of road shows with more responsibilty opportunities
* this will be a contracted position after a trial period and will include 5 weeks vacation
* contractual compensation over a 5 year period will exceed one million including equity position and bonuses
