This is a Permanent, Fixed Term or casual appointment at various hours, with the possibility of extension(s) and/or permanency.
Position Profile
In collaboration with the Clinical Nurse Manager, the Registered Nurse Community is responsible for the provision of quality primary health care to clients and families.
To be successful, you will have:
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work within a multidisciplinary team.
* Understanding of the Principles of Primary Health Care and family‑centred practice.
* Understanding of quality improvement activities.
* A commitment to own professional development.
* Eligible for / or in possession of a current C or C‑A Class driver licence and ability to travel within the region as required, including overnight stays.
