Your Role
You will organise resources to support children and young people across a range of CareSouth programs, coordinate family contacts and ensure the provision of services and supports to clients and families are in line with CareSouth's Practice Framework.
Qualifications
* Demonstrated commitment to the safety, wellbeing and rights of children and young people
* Relevant tertiary qualifications in Social Work, Welfare, Social Sciences, Community Services or a related field
* Demonstrated leadership experience within OOHC, PSP or community services
* Experience coordinating complex services involving internal and external stakeholders
* Strong understanding of trauma-informed and culturally responsive practice
* Proven effective interpersonal, conflict negotiation and resolution skills and to provide strong leadership under pressure
* High-level written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to manage competing priorities and work flexibly across a geographically dispersed footprint
* NSW Driver's Licence
