Responsibilities
* Be the first point of contact for customer service and repair enquiries.
* Coordinate and schedule service work efficiently with the workshop team.
* Prepare accurate quotations and follow up with customers to gain approval.
* Build positive relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
* Keep records and service documentation accurate and up to date.
* Support a safety‑focused, high‑performance team environment.
About You
* A positive, can‑do attitude and the ability to work well in a team.
* Strong communication and customer service skills.
* Exposure to the industry preferred but not essential.
* Ability to read and interpret technical catalogues, bulletins and support literature desired.
* Competent computer skills including the demonstrated use of Microsoft Office programs (Outlook/Word/Excel).
* Ability to work unsupervised with a proactive work approach.
