Job Description
* Develop and implement communication strategies aligned with business objectives.
* Create and manage engaging content for various communication channels, including digital platforms.
* Support marketing campaigns by providing effective communication materials.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging across all platforms.
* Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of communication initiatives and provide recommendations for improvement.
* Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and media outlets.
* Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies in all communications.
* Provide support in crisis communication and reputation management efforts.
* Advisory role to senior leaders across multiple departments and business units, driving effective communication strategies supporting business objectives.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Communication Specialist should have:
* Relevant qualifications in communications, marketing, or a related field.
* Proven experience in developing and executing communication strategies, internal and external.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficiency in using digital communication tools and platforms.
* Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
* Excellent organisational and time management skills.
* Knowledge of the industrial and manufacturing industry would be advantageous.
* Ability to liaise with international teams outside of business hours.
