Roster: Monday - Friday | 8am-5pm Location: Wembley, WA Employment Type: Permanent We’re looking for a Payroll Officer to join our friendly Wembley head office team. You’ll take ownership of accurate, timely payroll processing, keep employee records up to date, and ensure compliance with legislation. As a Payroll Officer, your day-to-day duties will include: Process end-to-end payroll, including wages, salaries, allowances, bonuses, leave payments, and terminations Maintain accurate employee records and update changes to salary, benefits, deductions, and tax details Ensure compliance with payroll legislation and company policies Administer payroll-related benefits, including superannuation and other deductions, in collaboration with HR Review timesheets and attendance data, calculating overtime, leave, and resolving discrepancies Reconcile payroll accounts and investigate any variances Prepare and submit payroll reports and assist with audits as required Respond to employee payroll, tax, and deduction enquiries, providing excellent internal customer service To Be Considered You Must Have Diploma in a related field preferred Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar payroll role Strong understanding of payroll legislation, systems, and processes High attention to detail and strong numerical accuracy Excellent communication skills with a collaborative approach Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Must be able to work from our Wembley office, Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm Must have full working rights in Australia and reside in Perth What We Can Offer You Competitive salary package and long-term stable role A collaborative, supportive finance team environment Ongoing training and professional development opportunities Convenient Wembley location close to cafes, parks and transport If this sounds like your next career move, hit "APPLY" today!
