Job Title
The Airport Development Group (ADG) is seeking a highly organised, customer-focused Property Manager to support the ongoing management and development of our diverse property portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage leaseholder queries, rent reviews, lease options, and annual outgoings in accordance with established procedures.
* Oversee council rates, sewerage, and trade waste charges while maintaining effective communication with external authorities.
* Coordinate facilities and maintenance works through collaboration with internal teams and contractors.
* Assist tenants with minor works approvals and conduct regular building/tenancy inspections to ensure compliance.
* Maintain accurate records in SharePoint, CRM, and Progenesis to facilitate seamless workflow.
* Process invoices and track budgets in accordance with set guidelines, ensuring efficient financial management.
* Support WHS and environmental compliance by actively participating in audits and inspections.
* Communicate critical property information effectively to various stakeholders, promoting transparency and understanding.
Requirements
* Experience in property or facilities management, real estate, or project coordination is essential for success.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills are crucial for effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement.

* Administrative skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, are necessary for maintaining accurate records and reports.

* A thorough understanding of commercial, legal, and financial principles is required for successful execution of duties.
* Ability to obtain an ASIC, pass a police check, and complete a pre-employment medical, including D&A, is mandatory.
