Responsibilities
Production:
Prepare, mix, and bake large batches of bread, bread rolls, and other baked goods according to established recipes and quality standards.
Inventory & Ordering:
Monitor ingredient levels, track inventory, and communicate supply needs to management to ensure timely orders and prevent shortages.
Quality Control:
Ensure all baked goods meet the company\'s high standards for taste, texture, and presentation.
Equipment Operation:
Safely and effectively operate various bakery equipment, including large-scale mixers, ovens, and proofers.
Maintenance & Cleanliness:
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment, adhering to all food safety regulations and best practices.
Team Collaboration:
Work effectively with other team members, following production schedules and contributing to overall efficiency.
