What You'll Be Doing
As Centre Director, you'll play a pivotal role in guiding and mentoring educators across the service. You'll also:
* Run he service in a way that creates high performance
* Design and deliver engaging professional development tailored to individual learning needs
* Use diverse assessment tools to track and support student progress.
* Foster a respectful, inclusive centre culture
* Adapt strategies to suit varied learning styles and abilities
* Communicate regularly with families to support each child's development
* Collaborate with peers and engage in ongoing professional growth
What You'll Bring
* Diploma in Early Childhood Education or currently studying a bachelor's degree (ACECQA approved)
* Current Working with Children Check
* At least 1–2 years of experience preferred
* Unrestricted working rights in Australia
