Job Title: Clinical Data Strategist
About the Role:
The Hunter New England Centre for Gynaecological Cancer seeks an experienced and motivated Clinical Data Strategist to lead the strategic collection, management, analysis, and reporting of clinical and research data within the Maternity & Gynaecology Service. This pivotal role will ensure the integrity, completeness, and compliance of data in support of clinical care, service planning, research, and quality improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and oversee the collection, management, and validation of gynaecology and gynae-oncology data.
* Analyse and interpret clinical data to support service planning, research, and quality improvement.
* Maintain compliance with data governance, privacy, and ethical standards.
* Develop reports and dashboards for clinical teams, researchers, and health service managers.
* Provide training, guidance, and mentorship to staff in data management and reporting.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary clinical, administrative, and research teams.
