Position Description: We are seeking a highly proactive, organized, and discreet Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and strategic support to a key executive within our global Product Development team.
Responsibilities
* Provide comprehensive administrative and strategic support to a key executive within our global Product Development team.
* Manage calendar & schedule, communication management, travel arrangements, and meeting support.
* Prepare and manage documents, expense reporting, and project support.
* Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism with all sensitive information and discussions.
* Plan events and provide office administration.
Experience Required
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior leadership, preferably within a global corporation or a product/technology‑focused environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote) and other relevant collaboration tools.
