Email Specialist
We're looking for an Email Specialist to join our team at Dilate. The role involves executing and optimizing email marketing campaigns and automated customer journeys that drive engagement, conversions, and revenue.
Responsibilities
* Plan, build and deploy email campaigns across platforms including Klaviyo, Mailchimp, and HubSpot.
* Implement segmentation and personalization strategies.
* Monitor and optimize key performance metrics such as open rates, click‐through rates, conversions and revenue.
* Build and manage automated flows including welcome series, nurture campaigns, abandoned cart and re‐engagement sequences.
* Identify opportunities to improve customer journeys, retention and lifetime value.
* Manage database segmentation and ensure best‐practice data hygiene.
* Maintain deliverability standards through SPF, DKIM and DMARC protocols.
* Ensure compliance with privacy regulations including GDPR and CCPA.
* Work with internal teams to align email strategies with broader marketing campaigns.
* Continuously test, learn and optimise through A/B testing and performance analysis.
Qualifications
* 3+ years' experience in email marketing, ideally in an agency environment.
* Highly experienced with Klaviyo, Mailchimp and HubSpot.
* Strong understanding of email campaign performance drivers, from subject lines to timing, offers and CTAs.
* In‐depth knowledge of segmentation, personalization and customer lifecycle marketing.
* Technical expertise across deliverability, integrations and database management.
* Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
* Experience with A/B testing and campaign optimisation.
* Capable of managing multiple campaigns and client accounts simultaneously.
* Experience working with eCommerce and lead generation clients.
* Clear communication and effective collaboration with internal teams.
