Job Description:
The Operations Support Administrator plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless functioning of our operations. This includes providing vital support to the finance and accounts team, coordinating tasks such as Planned Maintenance and Reactive Maintenance across multiple services and contracts, and guaranteeing the quality of data and records pertaining to assets and maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the finance and accounts team by providing timely and accurate assistance.
* Coordinate tasks such as Planned Maintenance and Reactive Maintenance across multiple services and contracts, ensuring successful task lifecycle within CMMS systems.
* Ensure the quality of data and records pertaining to assets and maintenance.
* Operate an internal helpdesk line, answering calls from engineers and client service desks, and updating tasks as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* General knowledge of maintenance activities.
* High-level computer skills in Microsoft Excel.
* High-level written and verbal communication skills.
