Your Role: Under the supervision and direction of the Manager Safeguarding & Assurance, the Practice Lead – Therapeutic Practice provides organisation-wide leadership to promote, embed and sustain consistent therapeutic, trauma-informed and healing-centred practice across all CareSouth programs and service streams.
The role works across positions, disciplines and programs to strengthen CareSouth's therapeutic capability, supporting staff to integrate therapeutic interventions, trauma-informed care and evidence-based supports into everyday practice. The Practice Lead – Therapeutic Practice is responsible, in consultation with the Manager, for leading therapeutic practice uplift initiatives that align with CareSouth's Strategic Plan, safeguarding obligations and contemporary best practice.
What you need to be successful in your role:

* Demonstrated experience influencing organisational systems, frameworks, policies or practice to promote consistent therapeutic interventions and trauma-informed care.
* Demonstrated ability to build therapeutic capability across roles and disciplines, including supporting staff to integrate therapeutic thinking into everyday practice rather than relying on specialist intervention alone.
* Strong ability to work collaboratively across service streams, positions and leadership levels to embed consistent practice approaches.
* High-level communication skills, including the ability to provide clear, credible therapeutic guidance, influence practice change and contribute to governance and quality improvement discussions.
