Chandler Macleod is seeking highly skilled and motivated Sous Chefs and Production Chefs to join our client, a leading name in airline catering production. Requirements – Sous Chef
* Full Australian work rights
* Culinary experience, including 2–3 years in a Sous Chef or supervisory role
* Previous experience in airline catering, institutional cooking, or high-volume food production is highly desirable
* Relevant culinary degree or professional qualifications in Australia
* Strong understanding of international cuisines and special dietary needs
* Proven leadership and organizational abilities, with a focus on quality and efficiency
* Must be able to work a rotating roster, including days, afternoons, nights, weekends, and public holidays, in line with flight schedules
Requirements – Production Chef
* Full Australian work rights
* Minimum 2 years of experience
* Cert III or IV in Commercial Cookery /Trade Qualified in Australia
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, production-driven kitchen environment
* Strong attention to detail, time management, and communication skills
* Must be able to work a rotating roster, including days, afternoons, nights, weekends, and holidays, in line with flight schedules
