About The Role
The City of Sydney Library provides a space for our vibrant communities to grow, learn, connect, and create. The nine branches offer a key front-line service in the community for local residents, students, visitors, tourists, and workers.
We are seeking an enthusiastic, customer-focused, and motivated Library Assistant to join the City of Sydney Library Services team.
As part of this dynamic team, you will be responsible for:
1. Delivery of exceptional customer experience to connect users with services and collections.
2. Supporting users with technology, including printing, e-resources, and online services.
3. Supporting library learning programs.
The Successful Candidate Will Have Experience In
* Excellent written and verbal communication
* Providing high-quality customer service
* Digital literacy and technical support
Applicants must be willing to undertake weekend work and work across any of the nine City branches as required. Currently, the total hours for this role will be spread across four days, Tuesday to Friday.
