About the roleThis is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Civil Division Project Manager to join the team at De-Construct, a leading Civil/Demo construction company based in Richmond, South Australia.As a full-time Civil Division Project Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing the successful delivery of complex civil engineering projects.
This is a strategic position that will contribute significantly to the company's growth and expansion plans.What you'll be doingManage all aspects of civil engineering projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and completionCoordinate and lead cross-functional project teams, including engineers, contractors and subcontractorsMonitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budgetLiaise with clients, stakeholders and regulatory authorities to ensure project objectives are metProvide regular progress updates and reporting to senior managementContribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes and proceduresWhat we're looking forMinimum 5 years' experience as a Civil Division Project Manager, preferably in the construction industryProven track record of successfully delivering complex civil engineering projectsStrong project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and risk managementExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsRelevant tertiary qualifications in civil engineering, project management or a related fieldProficient in the use of project management software and toolsThorough understanding of construction industry regulations and standardsWhat we offerAt De-Construct.com.au, we are committed to providing our employees with a supportive and rewarding work environment.
