Responsibilities
* Welcoming families, children and team in a friendly and professional way
* Introducing new families and team members to the service, conducting centre tours, and assisting with enrolments and orientations
* Using strong systems skills across QikKids and Salesforce to manage enrolments and families' accounts
* Showcasing masterful prioritisation skills to complete a range of systems‐related tasks while managing phone, email, debt collection and walk‐in queries
* Supporting the centre by using refined people and leadership skills as a key member of the centre leadership team
* Liaising with our maintenance team as well as external suppliers and contractors to ensure our centre continues to present as it did on opening day
* Applying super‐star administrative skills to ensure all tasks are completed to a high level of accuracy, in a reliable and consistent manner
* Displaying extraordinary interpersonal and customer‐service skills to breeze through difficult conversations

About You
* The availability to work rostered shifts from Monday through Friday for 37.5 hours per week
* Current VIC Working with Children's Check
* Current VIC Child Protection and National Child Safety Training Certificates
* Current First Aid and CPR (HLTAID012)
* National Police Clearance obtained in the last 6 months and Proda ID
