Role
Position: Operations Cadet (Trainee/Cadet Program) – Kwinana. The program is designed to develop future operational leaders through a structured rotational development program. Cadets will gain hands‐on exposure across key operational functions including Ferrous, Non‐Ferrous, Maintenance, Weighbridge, Transport, Trading, Administration, and Supervision. The program builds operational capability, commercial understanding, leadership skills and a strong safety mindset to support future career progression within Sims.
