This is a hands-on role partnering closely with operations, supply chain and production teams to deliver accurate costing, inventory analysis and manufacturing reporting that drives business performance. You’ll play a key role in month-end processes, inventory management, variance analysis and operational decision support within a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Manage inventory accounting and month-end close processes Analyse manufacturing and production variances Review gross margins, labour efficiencies and inventory performance Support standard costing, cost roll-ups and new product costing Partner with operations and plant leadership on budgeting and performance analysis Assist with annual stock takes and external audit requirements Conduct make vs buy analysis and support cost reduction initiatives Monitor excess and obsolete inventory and drive improvement actions Produce regular operational and financial reporting for key stakeholders About You Degree qualified in Accounting or Finance 3–5 years’ experience in a manufacturing or cost accounting environment Strong understanding of inventory, standard costing and operational finance Commercial mindset with strong analytical capability Confident communicator who can partner with both finance and operations teams Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Advanced Excel skills and strong attention to detail For a confidential discussion or to express interest, please apply now.
