About Us
Possum Early Childhood Centre in Hazelbrook has a proud reputation for partnering with families and delivering high-quality early learning. We have recently expanded and are excited to grow our team. Surrounded by the beautiful Blue Mountains and just a short drive from Penrith, Possum ECC offers a nurturing, inspiring environment for both children and educators.
When children turn three, they transition to Possum ECC, which specialises in education for preschool-aged children (3-5 years).

Key Responsibilities
Provide nurturing, responsive care tailored to children
Plan, document, and implement educational programs supporting each child's milestones
Foster strong relationships with children and families
Engage in reflection, collaboration, and development to uphold best practices
Mentoring educators to develop their skills and reflect as an early childhood professional
Supporting trainees with their studies and developing skills
