The Role
We're looking for a proactive, organised, and people-focused
Customer Service Agent
to support our sales team. You'll be the go-to person for smooth admin, happy customers, and making sure no detail slips through the cracks.
What You'll Do
Take inbound/outbound calls and resolve customer queries
Lodge paperwork with government/industry bodies
Schedule with sales reps, installers, and customers
Handle complaints with professionalism
Update CRMs and track KPIs
Process invoices and generate daily reports
Keep everything running like clockwork and suggest ways we can improve
