We're looking for an experienced CRM & Loyalty Specialist to join our fast-paced eCommerce team and take ownership of our VIP Rewards Program while driving personalised CRM strategies that boost customer engagement, retention and revenue.
About the Role
Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, you'll play a key role in shaping the customer experience across our brands through loyalty initiatives, customer segmentation, automation journeys and targeted CRM campaigns within Emarsys.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves data-driven marketing, customer lifecycle management and creating personalised experiences that deliver real commercial results.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and grow the VIP Rewards Program
* Develop and optimise customer acquisition, retention and reactivation strategies
* Build customer journeys, automations and segmentation within Emarsys
* Create personalised CRM and EDM campaigns across multiple brands
* Analyse customer behaviour and campaign performance to drive engagement and sales
* Execute A/B testing, dynamic content and lifecycle marketing initiatives
* Partner with Digital, eCommerce, IT and Marketing teams to deliver seamless customer experiences
About You
* 3+ years' experience in CRM, Loyalty or Lifecycle Marketing
* Strong experience with customer segmentation, automation and campaign management
* Experience using Emarsys or a similar CRM platform
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn insights into action
* Retail or consumer-focused experience highly regarded
* Passionate about customer engagement and driving loyalty
