Front Office Coordinator

Location: Rockingham

Employment Type: Part Time (Ongoing & Permanent)

Roster

* Friday: 1.30pm - 8.30pm
* Saturday: 8.30am - 5.30pm
* Sunday: 8.30am - 4.30pm

Responsibilities

* Coordinating daily front office operations with efficiency and accuracy.
* Communicating professionally with clinicians regarding patient updates or changes.
* Greeting patients warmly and managing check‐ins, enquiries, and concerns.
* Ensuring efficient appointment scheduling and patient flow.
* Completing administrative tasks with strong attention to detail.
* Supporting your team with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
* Upholding our values of excellence, integrity, and accountability.

Qualifications

* Highly performing and comfortable working under pressure in a clinical environment.
* Previous experience in a customer-facing or front desk role (dental or medical essential).
* Certificate III in Health Administration is desirable but not required.
* Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proven ability to take initiative, solve problems, and manage time effectively.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer systems.
* A keen eye for accuracy and attention to detail.
* A positive attitude, team-first approach, and high personal standards.
* Reliability, honesty, and accountability in all aspects of the role.
