The Murray Aquatic and Leisure Centre has a wide range of facilities and offers an extensive range of sport, recreation and leisure programs to the general public, schools, clubs and organisations within the Shire of Murray.
About the role
The MALC is seeking expressions of interest for Customer Service Officers to join our team on a casual basis. We are seeking applicants with a love of all things recreation, good administration and time management skills, and a friendly and happy personality.
Key Duties
* Provide excellent customer service including accurate and courteous information to all internal and external customers
* Ensure a pleasant and welcoming service to all patrons using or enquiring about the Centres wet and dry, programs and facilities
* Process memberships, enrolments and sales with a high degree of accuracy
* Manage daily running of reception area
Qualifications, Skills and Experience
* Well-developed time management and organisational skills
* Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem‐solving skills including ability to negotiate and resolve conflict in an appropriate manner
* Knowledge of Swim School Bookings system and formal training in customer service is highly desirable
* Learning and development programs
* Health and wellbeing initiatives
