About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Senior Quality and Compliance Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will provide reporting and compliance documentation in line with relevant processes and best practice guidelines.
* Maintain an understanding of relevant statutory and regulatory operating requirements.
* Monitor regulatory changes and provide recommendations.
* Undertake desktop and field-based internal audits to promote, verify and report on compliance.
* Investigate and respond to issues and audits regarding compliance with operational contract service delivery outcomes.
* Identify operational and compliance risks and provide recommendations.
* Encourage continuous improvement and identify opportunities and initiatives.
* Report and review hazards and incidents.
