About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Organisational Architecture & Capability Analyst to join our People & Culture team. This role supports the design and development of frameworks for organisational design, job architecture, and technical capabilities, directly contributing to organisational clarity, career pathways, and talent management. You will play a critical role in translating strategic objectives into practical, fit‐for‐purpose HR frameworks, working collaboratively with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and consistent application within our dynamic and growing insurance business.

Key Accountabilities
* Supporting the design and development of organisational design frameworks, including job design principles (e.g., classification, levels, titling conventions), job architecture models and job families.
* Designing and executing technical capability frameworks (excluding leadership) to support development in role and career progression.
* Running regular skill and capability assessment cycles to identify gaps and inform strategic decisions.
* Creating clear, accessible, and aligned documentation, guidelines, and toolkits for all developed frameworks.
* Collaborating effectively with internal People & Culture teams to ensure seamless integration and consistent application of frameworks.
* Ensuring all frameworks comply with relevant legislative requirements and internal governance standards, particularly within the insurance sector.
Experience & Qualifications
* Foundational knowledge of organisational design methodologies and principles.
* Demonstrated experience in job analysis, role profiling, and HR framework development.
* Strong analytical and problem‐solving skills, including the ability to interpret basic HR data to inform design decisions.
* Effective written communication for developing comprehensive documentation and guides.
* Proven ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders and manage small workstreams to deliver framework components.
* Prior experience in a People & Culture/HR role with exposure to organisational design, job architecture, or reward principles, ideally within insurance or financial services.
* Understanding of change management principles for successful framework adoption.
