We are seeking a high performing Doctor Recruitment Manager who aligns with our values and has proven success in building networks and managing the candidate journey, with a focus on providing a great candidate experience. The position is part-time (minimum 30 hours per week), fixed term for 6 months with possible extension, and forms part of a growing National Doctor Recruitment team. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the doctor recruitment and onboarding process for ACT (Canberra) medical centres including advertising, social media, sourcing, and developing a pipeline of doctors for current and future roles.
