Remuneration: $35.84 - $36.96 Per Hour + 12% Superannuation + Salary Packaging

Location: Liverpool Hospital

Key Responsibilities

* You will be a key point of contact for patients, carers and staff, helping coordinate appointments and communications in a sensitive and professional manner.
* You'll work as part of a collaborative, caring team where your contribution directly supports patient experience and service delivery.

Ideal Candidate Will Demonstrate

* Previous experience in a secretarial or administrative role, ideally within a healthcare or clinical setting.
* Strong organisational skills, including diary coordination, meeting preparation, minute taking and follow‐up.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
* Excellent communication skills, a professional telephone manner, ability to demonstrate empathy, compassion and methodical information gathering as well as the ability to work independently while supporting a busy team.

Selection Criteria

* Please describe your experience providing secretarial or administrative support in a healthcare or similar environment.
* Include examples of your experience with diary management, document preparation, typing (including medical terminology if applicable), and how you prioritise competing tasks.
* Provide an example of how you have demonstrated strong communication and organisational skills in a busy work setting.
* Outline how you manage enquiries, difficult conversations with grieving families, maintain confidentiality, and work independently while supporting a team.
