We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Account Director to join our Brisbane Sales Team, working on an established portfolio of Brisbane-based direct clients and independent agencies.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated media sales professional who wants to work within one of Brisbane’s most successful media sales teams. It is a high-profile role within a team that prides itself on being collaborative, innovative and having a growth mindset whilst enjoying good banter and celebrating the wins!


What the role entails

* Strategic, solutions-focused management of an established client portfolio of direct clients and independent agencies
* Developing and selling integrated, cross-platform audio solutions
* Identifying and creating new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
* Committing to and achieving monthly and quarterly targets, with the ability to develop tactics for both personal and client success
* Demonstrating strong client service orientation and networking skills
* Effectively managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Bringing passion for audio, creativity, and innovative solutions
* Communicating and negotiating with clarity and consistency
* Showing resilience, adaptability, and a high level of motivation to succeed in a results-driven environment

This role will suit someone with prior sales experience. While audio sales experience is not essential, experience within media sales in the Brisbane market is highly regarded.

Location and working arrangements

This is a full-time, on-site position located in our Teneriffe studios. Our teams are dynamic, engaged and highly collaborative and being on-site will ensure your personal and professional career development.
