Overview
Child and Adolescent Health Service offers a fixed‐term, full‐time (1.0 FTE) Clinical Nurse Manager – Community Health role. The position begins 7 September 2026, for 12 months with potential extensions or permanency and relief cover opportunities.
Responsibilities
* Lead and support a diverse nursing team across community health centres, schools, home visits and telehealth appointments.
* Manage resources to deliver high‐quality, accessible care across the designated area.
* Serve as a clinical expert and role model, guiding best practice, shaping service improvements and fostering partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
* Uphold nursing standards and drive positive change within community health services.
Qualifications
* Australian citizenship or permanent residency (essential for permanent positions); visas that allow working rights in Australia acceptable for fixed‐term contracts.
* No visa sponsorship is available.
* Relevant nursing qualifications and experience in community health settings.
Working With Children Check
Position requires a Western Australian Working With Children (WWC) Check.
