Offer description

Our client is looking for multiple Customer Service Officers in the North of Adelaide.

The Role:

The position includes working people from all walks of lives ad creating opportunities to help them achieve their goals.

Key Duties:
* Phone sales to help create opportunities
* Daily communication with Customers and Clients
* Administration across CRM to update notes from all communication
* Understanding the wants of Customers and ensuring to create a mutual timeline of how to achieve those wants
Prior Experience:
* Retail or Hospitality gives good foundations
* Solid experience using standard Microsoft products (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Sales/services experience is highly regarded
* Great starting salary $70,000 + Superannuation
* Combination of training, module/hands-on
* Lots of progression opportunities
