Role Overview
An opportunity exists to join our high performing internal marketing team as the Brand Marketing Manager.
Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer and working alongside the Digital Marketing Manager and Marketing Operations Manager, this role will lead a team of Marketing Coordinators and Creatives to deliver high‐quality marketing activity across digital, print, events, social media and sales collateral.
This role combines commercial marketing delivery with strong brand and creative leadership.
Working closely with senior leadership, this role will help translate brand vision into practical templates, frameworks and marketing assets that support both customer engagement and commercial growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the planning and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple brands and channels, aligned to commercial priorities, product promotion, customer engagement and revenue objectives.
* Oversee the execution of marketing collateral including brochures, presentations, social content, advertising, event assets and branch marketing materials.
* Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Manager to ensure consistent campaign messaging, creative and customer experience across paid, owned and earned channels.
* Support product launches, promotional campaigns, customer communications and brand activations across the group while ensuring all activity is delivered on time, on brand and to brief.
* Lead the creative direction and visual execution of marketing activity across multiple brands, maintaining and evolving brand templates, style guides and creative systems.
* Partner with the CMO and CEO to translate brand direction into scalable visual frameworks and ensure consistency across campaigns, advertising, events and communications.
* Provide creative leadership and feedback to designers, coordinators, photographers and content creators to maintain high visual standards.
* Lead and mentor a team of Marketing Coordinators and Creatives, fostering a collaborative, accountable and high‐performing culture focused on quality and continuous improvement.
* Act as a key marketing contact for General Managers and internal stakeholders, ensuring marketing activity aligns with commercial objectives and briefs are refined for stronger outcomes.
* Support the development of scalable marketing processes, creative workflows and brand systems, while leveraging tools, emerging technologies and AI to improve efficiency, productivity and execution.
* Maintain awareness of current design, branding and B2B marketing trends relevant to the industrial and construction sectors.
Required Qualifications
* 5+ years' experience in brand, marketing or creative leadership within agency or multi‐brand environments.
* Proven success delivering integrated marketing campaigns across multiple brands and channels.
* Strong experience developing brand systems, templates and style guides.
* Solid understanding of digital, print, events and content marketing.
* Demonstrated leadership experience mentoring and managing marketing teams.
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to provide clear direction and constructive challenge.
* Experience in industrial, construction, equipment hire or B2B sectors highly regarded.
* Commercially minded with strong creative and visual judgement and high attention to detail.
* Organised, process‐driven and adaptable in fast‐paced environments with changing priorities.
* Hands‐on, resilient and proactive, with the ability to maintain momentum and support delivery when needed.
* Confident working with senior leadership to maintain and evolve brand standards across multi‐tier brand portfolios.
* Ability to translate high‐level creative direction into scalable systems, templates and repeatable processes.
* Curious and open to adopting new tools, technologies and AI to improve efficiency and team performance.
