Their Sunshine Coast office has grown organically through repeat business, strong client relationships and quality delivery. Now they're looking for an Intermediate or Senior Civil Engineer to help drive the next phase of growth.
Why This Role?
This isn't a role where you'll spend your days buried in design.
Your role will be varied across Design, Project Management, Client Management & Project Delivery
You'll take ownership of projects, build trusted client relationships, mentor junior staff and work closely with the Civil Leader as the office continues to grow.

About You
You'll likely have:
* 3-8+ years consulting experience
* Strong 12d capability
* Commercial development and/or urban subdivision experience
* Stormwater and services design experience
* Client‑facing experience
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
