About the Role We’re looking for a Reception / Administration Officer to join our Sunshine Coast clinic. As the first point of contact, you’ll play a key role in creating a positive experience for every client while supporting the day-to-day operations of a busy allied health clinic. You’ll work closely with our clinicians and admin team to keep things running smoothly. Key Responsibilities Reception & Client Experience Welcome clients and visitors in a warm, professional manner Manage incoming calls, emails, and enquiries Book and coordinate appointments across clinicians Maintain a calm, organised, and welcoming clinic environment Administration Manage clinician diaries and scheduling Process payments, invoices, and billing enquiries (NDIS, Medicare, private) Support referral intake and direct enquiries appropriately Assist with client communications and documentation Maintain accurate records in systems such as Splose General admin including data entry, inbox management, and stock About You Minimum 2 years of previous reception, administration, or customer service experience required Confident using Microsoft Office and client management systems Healthcare, allied health, or NDIS experience highly regarded You are: Friendly, professional, and approachable Highly organised with strong attention to detail Able to manage competing priorities in a busy environment Proactive and team-focused Someone who genuinely enjoys helping people What We Offer Full-time, in-centre role at Vitality Movement Centre Supportive multidisciplinary team environment Ongoing training and development opportunities No shift work or on-call requirements Access to EAP and staff benefits Opportunity to grow within a developing Sunshine Coast service About Intrinsic Health Group Intrinsic Health Group provides allied health services to people of all ages across Queensland.
