About the role
Risk and Compliance Officer (full-time, ongoing)
We are seeking a Risk and Compliance professional who enjoys being actively involved in all facets of College life. In this role, you will lead the implementation and ongoing management of our Governance, Risk Management, Compliance, WHS and policy frameworks, ensuring they remain effective, current, and aligned with best practice.
As a trusted advisor to leaders and staff, you will play a key role in strengthening our risk‐aware culture. Your ability to build strong relationships, communicate clearly, and influence at all levels will be essential to your success.
Beyond your technical capability, we are looking for someone who genuinely reflects the College's mission and values, and who can ensure these values are embedded in our policies, procedures, and daily practice.
This is a full‐time (1.0 FTE), ongoing role and is ideal for someone who is available to commence immediately.
