JS Careers is partnering with a leading global investment and asset management organisation to appoint a high-performing Manager or Senior Manager to join their investments team on a 12-month contract basis.
This role sits within a specialist operational team responsible for supporting internal investment structures and staff investment arrangements. The team plays a critical role in translating legal, tax and structural decisions into efficient, compliant and well‐executed operational outcomes, while maintaining strong governance and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage the execution and delivery of staff investment plans and feeder fund structures from approval through to launch and ongoing operations
* Translate legal, tax and structural decisions into clear operational implementation plans
* Coordinate fund establishment activities, including entity setup, administrator engagement and operational readiness
* Oversee investor onboarding, subscriptions, capital flows and transaction processing
* Liaise with internal stakeholders, external administrators and service providers to ensure seamless execution
* Maintain a strong focus on operational controls, governance, accuracy and timeliness
* Identify operational risks and issues proactively, resolving matters efficiently and escalating where appropriate, with clear recommendations
* Support continuous improvement initiatives across operational processes and controls
The successful candidate will bring:
* 5-10 years' experience within investment operations, funds management or asset management environments
* Strong exposure to fund launches, investor onboarding, transaction processing and operational delivery
* Experience coordinating with fund administrators and external service providers
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and control frameworks
* A proactive and solutions-focused mindset with sound judgement and problem-solving capability
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
