As a client‐facing consultant, you'll play a crucial role in providing the best possible advice, services and support to help our Federal Government clients achieve complex challenges and deliver meaningful outcomes for Australians.

Our Data & Artificial Intelligence (AI) team in the Transformation practice unlocks the value of data to provide actionable insights, and identifies how and where AI can be leveraged to deliver a capability advantage. We work across elements including:
* Data mapping, transformation and migration
* Data strategy and platforms
* Reporting and data visualisation
* Generative AI and LLMs
* Advanced analytics / simulations

As a Senior Manager, you will:
* Develop new client work with existing clients and through new client opportunities.
* Develop cloud platforms and analytics solutions to meet client needs.
* Provide vision and direction for the team(s) you manage.
* Set and achieve strategic business targets.
* Lead resource planning.
* Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
* Establish and maintain partnerships with key stakeholders.
* Contribute to the overall success and quality of projects.
Qualifications
* 7+ years of industry experience working with contemporary technologies including networks, hyperscale clouds (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform), common SaaS applications, end‐user compute, and data and AI tools/platforms.
* Sound understanding of data strategy, data platforms, data governance and data frameworks used by Australian government organisations.
* Strong experience in solution development and delivery of client platforms.
* Strong project management skills with a proven ability to lead a team of people in the delivery of a data transformation project.
