Role Overview
As a Java Lead Engineer, you will be responsible for driving technical direction and collaborating across squads to deliver robust, scalable solutions for the CSG Quote & Order product.

Key Responsibilities
* Drive technical direction and mentor junior engineers to ensure high-quality solutions

* Proactively address inefficiencies and blockers to improve team efficiency and productivity
* Critically assess team performance and provide targeted coaching to help team members level up their skills
Requirements
