Real Estate Property Manager Role
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Real Estate Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our properties.
* Manage all aspects of property operations, ensuring they are well-maintained and fully leased.
* Provide exceptional tenant service by promptly addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
* Coordinate repairs, maintenance, security, cleaning, and other services to maintain high-quality living spaces.
* Conduct regular property inspections to identify compliance and maintenance issues.
* Ensure adherence to health and safety standards to protect tenants and employees.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee all property operations, including rent collection, financial records, and budget preparation.
* Liaise with property owners to provide regular reports on property performance.
* Support marketing and leasing strategies to attract and retain tenants.
Requirements:
* Certificate IV in Real Estate practice or ability to obtain.
* A valid driver's license.
* Previous experience in property management is desirable.
